ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.309 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent and transfer the same to the 3rd respondent or any other competent investigating officer or agency based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2019.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by one Selvam, a case came to be registered in Crime No.309 of 2019 for the offence under Section 304(A)of IPC. At that time, the accused was not identified and during investigation the respondent police has identified the accused person and investigation is going on. He would also submit that the respondent police has secured the accused on 19.11.2019 and if any incriminating materials are available as against the accused persons, they are going to file alteration report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
