This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the respondents 3 to 5 for theft of electricity from service connection No.369-007DH, based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2019. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent denied the receipt of any representation as alleged by the petitioner. Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to present a fresh representation before the first respondent.
