ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings dated 10.10.2023 negativing the petitioner's request primarily on the ground that the petitioner cannot rely on an unregistered Will and more so, he has not obtained consent from his siblings. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings.

2.With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
