ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. Issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner is figuring as a ninth defendant in O.S.No.919 of 2018 on the file of II Additional Sub Court, Madurai. He submitted copy application for getting certified copies of certain documents. They are the documents in Court custody. They pertain to affidavit and conditions in certain Interlocutory Applications. For reasons that are not quite clear, the copy application has not been complied with. 2/4

3.The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh copy application. The Court below is directed to comply with the same and furnish the copies sought for to the petitioner herein within a period of two weeks after the receipt of the copy application.

4.This Civil Revision Petition is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
