This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to transfer the petitioner from Central Prison, Palayamkottai to Central Prison, Madurai, pursuant to the order dated 04.10.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.474 of 2019 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.474 of 2019 by the IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai, the second respondent transferred the petitioner from Central Prison, Palayamkottai to Central Prison, Madurai.
