Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that now the case has been transferred to the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Singampuneri and it has been assigned as C.C.No.357 of 2019. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition to challenge the final report.

2. In view of the aforesaid change of circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
