Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner has given the petition mentioned representation for inclusion of her name in the village accounts. 2.When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Special Government Pleader pointed out that one P.S.Ramesh Kumar has lodged objection. The third respondent is directed to issue notice to the said Ramesh Kumar and hold an enquiry. Thereafter, order on merits and in accordance with law will be passed. The entire exercise should be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
