This petition has been filed seeking to direct the Learned Family Court, Theni, to furnish certified copy of the order dated 13.09.2024 made in H.M.O.P.No.516 of 2024, on the basis of the Copy Application No.3653/2024. 2.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father of the second respondent and the marriage between the first and second respondents was solemnized on 04.02.2018. Thereafter, due to some matrimonial dispute, the petitioner's son-in-law / first respondent filed H.M.O.P. (MD)No.516 of 2023, before the Family Court, Theni. The said H.M.O.P. came to be disposed of on 13.09.2024. Despite the petitioner filed copy application No.3653 of 2024, the copy of the order made in H.M.O.P.(MD)No.516 of 2023 dated 13.09.2024, has not been furnished to the petitioner. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

3.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 4.This Court, taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, directs the Family Court, Theni, to furnish the 2/5

certified copy of the order made in H.M.O.P.(MD)No.516 of 2023 dated 13.09.2024, to the petitioner within a period of two [2] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
