This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No. 4274 of 2019, dated 06.12.2023 has not been complied with.

2. Pursuant to the earlier order of this Court, dated 20.12.2024, the respondent/Contemnor is present before this Court today.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the entire amount along with 6% interest due to the writ petitioner has been settled to him. According to the learned Government Advocate, Total amount due to the writ petitioner is - Rs.1,19,300/- Amount paid as on date 04.06.2024is - Rs. 46,000/- Remaining amount payable - Rs. 73,300/- Interest amount @ 6% - Rs. 19,883/- Remaining amount paid with interest - Rs. 93,183/- 2/4

Copies of calculation memo along with the challan dated 26.12.2024 are placed before this Court.
