ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members life and liberty

2. It is seen that the son of the petitioner and the daughter of the second respondent eloped. Both of them attained majority and their whereabouts is not known. Hence the third respondent lodged a complaint and the same is pending.

3. Therefore the prayer sought for in this regard seeking police protection cannot be considered. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
