Act, 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016, to call for the records relating to the order in Cr.M.P.No.726 of 2023 dated 02.08.2023, on the file of the learned Special for Trial Cases Registered under SC/ST(POA) Act 1989, Thoothukudi and set aside the same and grant bail to the appellant by allowing this Criminal Appeal ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. P.Kottaichamy, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the first and second respondents, this Court made the following order: This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition in clause (b) imposed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Thallakulam Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.A.(MD). No.753 of 2023, dated 15.09.2023, appear before the Thallakulam Police Station, monthly once.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to modify the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before 2/4
Puthukottai police station, Thoothukudi District, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
