This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to adjudicate the Original Application filed under Section 63 (a) & (b) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 and pending in O.A.No.43 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent, to declare that the Arulmigu Venniudaiyar Sastha, Arulmigu Kandaswamy and Arulmigu Nadhi at Ventrilingapuram belong to the Petitioner and three other family members.

2. Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the Respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent submitted that the Respondent would dispose of O.A.No.43 of 2020 within a period of four months.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent to dispose of O.A.No.43 of 2020 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after granting adequate opportunity to all parties concerned in accordance with law. No costs.
