PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein, now the matter is pending for enquiry. The third respondent has also entered through his counsel and stated that the petitioner is in occupation of property, which belongs to his proposed vendor. Now the petitioner is claiming amount for the purpose vacating the premises.

3.Let the above said complaint be enquired by the respondent police within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner as well as the third respondent shall co-operate with them to complete the process of enquiry. There is no question of harassment. 2/4

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
