ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second and third Respondents not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the false complaint given by his wife. 2.When the case came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent Police submitted that based on the complaint given by the De-Facto Complainant, Petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the first and second Respondents shall not call the Petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
