O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to direct Respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action as against the respondents No. 8 to 14 for the act of excommunication of the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2023 within a stipulated period as framed by this Court.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the representation/complaint made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both sides appeared and submitted that committee meeting is scheduled to be held on 02.07.2023. Thereafter, on 02.07.2023, committee meeting was also conducted, wherein, 13 persons were elected. On the basis of the above said development, the representation made by the petitioner was closed.

4. Subsequent to the above said closure of the representation/complaint made by the petitioner only, the present 3/5

representation alleged to have been sent by the petitioner and since there is no representation for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
