This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 1/4

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent Police submitted that current paper is pending on the file of the Respondent.

3.In view of the above submission, the Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending investigation. The Respondent is directed not to harass the Petitioner and also to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353. 4.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
