O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of fresh patta. According to the petitioner, the exact extent of land belonging to them is not reflected in the present patta. The petitioner has given representation in this regard before the second respondent.

2. The petitioner is permitted to give fresh representation to the second respondent. On receipt thereof, it shall be disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Before doing so, the second respondent shall issue notice to all the stake holders, adjacent land owners and interested persons. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
