Prayer Crl.A.(MD)No.332 of 2023:- This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14A(2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.644 of 2023 on the file of the learned Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST(POA) Act, Pudukkottai District, dated 05.04.2023 and set aside the same as illegal and enlarge the appellant on bail in Crime No.85 of 2022 on the file of the respondent.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S. Mohammad Kasim, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. S. Manikandan, Govt. Advocate for the 1 and 2 respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD).No.7572 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.332 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.7572 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD)No.332 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned trial Court on receipt of summons.
