O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] Heard Mr.T.R.Subramanian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 5, Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 2 to 4 and 7 and Mr.P.Ganapathi Subramanian, learned Counsel appearing for the sixth respondent.

2. It is submitted that amount of Rs.2,00,000/- ( Rupees Two Lakhs only) has been paid by the sixth respondent to the petitioner. Only amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) remains.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the said amount is sanctioned and the respondent No.6 is required to pay that amount to the petitioner. The fund is available with respondent No.6.

4. In view of the statement by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the remaining amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) is also sanctioned and the funds are available with respondent No.6, respondent No.6 shall make the payment to the petitioner after verification and submission of necessary application by the petitioner, preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of application by the petitioner.

5. Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
