O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 03.09.2024, made in W.P.(MD) No.21004 of 2024.

2. Pursuant to the above above order, it appears that the respondent, vide proceedings dated 27.11.2024, has cancelled the building permit of the subject building. However, subsequent action with regard to demolition of the unauthorized construction has to be taken.

3. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, assures that necessary action will be taken by the respondent for demolition of the unauthorized construction at the earliest possible of time.

4. Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed.
