2.The petitioner seeks license for taking water from his son's patta land by laying underground pipelines. The respondent will adhere to due process and dispose of the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law. The final order shall be passed by the respondent within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
