PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd and 3rd Respondent to not to harass the petitioner by interfering in civil dispute, without following the due process of law, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2023. 1/4

Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd and 3rd Respondent to not to harass the petitioner by interfering in civil dispute, without following the due process of law, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.08.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Sutha a case in Crime No.142 of 2023 is registered against the petitioner and two others.

3.Since the FIR has been registered against the petitioner, he has to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 2/4
