ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) With reference to the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, the learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that a survey has been conducted, encroachments have been identified by the authorities and actions are in progress for the removal of the encroachments.

2.In view of the said submission, the fourth respondent is directed to remove the encroachments by following the procedures as contemplated under the relevant statutes and rules in force, after affording due opportunity to the parties. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
