This criminal original petition has been filed to to withdraw the petition in DV.No.6 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai and to transfer the same to the Special Court for Domestic Violence Cases, Coimbatore or any other Court having jurisdiction.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the issue between the husband and wife has been settled and now, they are living separately.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
