ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and a closure report has been filed as further action dropped. The closure report was also placed before this Court.

2. Recording the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.

3. If the petitioner is aggrieved, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law by filing a protest petition.
