This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No. 15 of 2018 on the file of the All Women Police Station, Thirumangalam, Madurai District and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and closed the same as 'Further Action Dropped' on 11.04.2019 and notice has also been served to the defacto complainant.
