PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to issue a direction directing the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law, on basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.10.2023.

O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law, on basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.10.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein earlier enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner gave undertaking that he will settle the issue. After that another complaint has been given and the same is kept pending. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the above said undertaking was obtained under force.

3.Let the above said complaint be enquired and disposed of by the respondent police within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties. 2/4

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
