PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the petitioners difference amount of salary, Gratuity, surrender leave, provident fund, pensions arrears and to revise pensions on the basis of 12(3) Settlement dated 13.04.2015 along with 6% interest and pass such further or other orders as this Court.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a retired employee of the transport corporation, seeking a mandamus for disbursement of the benefits under 12(3) settlement dated 13.04.2015.

2.The petitioner has sent a representation on 04.06.2024 seeking the said benefits. Since the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the above said facts, the respondents herein are directed to release the eligible benefits along with 6% interest from the due date till the date of disbursement within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
