ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M.P.Senthil, Advocate for 1st Respondent, none appeard for the Petitioner either in person or through Counsel, this Court made the following order: When the case was called up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned Counsel for the respondent submitted that the suit in O.S.No.152 of 2013 on the file of the learned Additional Sub Court, Karur was disposed of on 06.09.2022.
