O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent Police not to harass the petitioner except under due process of law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated on 06.10.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, father of the petitioner appeared before the second respondent Police and promised to settle the issue. The petitioner is working as Cashier, in a company, which belongs to the third respondent herein.

3. Since it is a case of alleged mis-appropriation, let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If any trouble arises during the course of enquiry, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. There is no question of harassment here. 2/4

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
