PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to disburse the petitioners difference amount of salary, Gratuity, surrender leave, provident fund, pensions arrears and to revise pensions on the basis of 12(3) Settlement dated 13.04.2015 along with 6% interest and pass such further or other orders as this Court.

ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Selection Grade Driver of the respondent transport corporation who had superannuation on 30.09.2013, seeking a mandamus for disbursement of several benefits based upon 12(3) settlement arrived at on 13.04.2015.

2.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, though the settlement was arrived at on 13.04.2015, the benefits were not conferred upon him. Hence the petitioner has sent a representation on 29.08.2024. Since there is no response, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.Considering the above said facts, the respondents herein are directed to confer the eligible benefits upon the writ petitioner with 6% interest from the due date till the date of disbursal within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
