ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2019. 2.In the representation of the petitioner, the petitioner requested the Tahsildar to give patta to the petitioner based on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.25518 of 2019 judgment and decree in S.A.No.1046 of 2000 confirming the judgment of the lower Court in the suit filed by one Palaniyandi. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings of the Tahsildar dated 10.12.2019 whereby the petitioner's representation for grant of patta was turned down giving reasons. Hence, the petitioner is not entitled to any relief in the Writ Petition to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner. In view of the above, preserving liberty of the petitioner to challenge the order of the Tahsildar dated 10.12.2019, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
