Respondents/Petitioners/Plaintiffs PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to number the unnumbered E.P of 2015 in O.S.No.426 of 1968 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai.

J U D G M E N T

The above Revision is filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under 227 of the Constitution of India. In view of the fact that for the past four years, the learned Principal District Munsif, Kuzhithurai has neither numbered the execution proceedings nor posted the matter for maintainability. It is rather unfortunate that the learned Principal District Munsif has kept this matter pending so long.

2.The petitioner shall re-present the papers after complying with the returns. On such compliance, if the Principal District Munsif is still not satisfied with the explanation given, he shall call the matter in open court by posting the matter for maintainability and thereafter pass orders. This exercise shall be done within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report of compliance shall be sent to this Court without fail.

3. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above lines. No costs.
