This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition as the petitioner shall appear before the Tirunelveli Taluk Police Station, instead of the respondent police in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16958 of 2023, dated 20.09.2023. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that when the petitioner went to the respondent police to comply with the order, some unknown persons followed her and hence, it is very difficult to comply with the condition. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present petition. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Tirunelveli, daily at 10.30 am., until further order.
