Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAHENDRARAJAN B, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.9 lines 10 and 11 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5220 of 2022 passed by this Court dated 30.08.2022 in connection with Crime No.10 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

CRL MP(MD) No.14633 of 2022 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is partly allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioners 1 and 2 is modified to the effect that the petitioners 1 and 2 shall report before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Hosur, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the time is extended for further two weeks for executing sureties, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
