Tamil Nadu Scheduled Commodities (RDCS) Order, 1982 r/w. Section 7(1)(a(II) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, in crime No.204 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that huge quantity of various essential commodities have been recovered from the petitioner. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.
