ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 1/3

12.07.2024 for the offences under Sections 392, 397 and 506(ii) IPC in in S.C.No.443 of 2017, on the file of the Additional District Court No.V, Madurai, in Crime No.243 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the trial has already been completed and the case is now posted for judgment on 15.11.2024. 3.Considering the above submission, no useful purpose will be served in enlarging the petitioner on bail at this stage. The liberty of the petitioner will now be depend upon the final result in the trial.
