PRAYER :- For bail in Crime No.387 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 08.09.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 64(2)(K) of BNS, 2023, in crime No.387 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had sexually assaulted the person, who is less intellect. Hence, the complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the nature of allegation in this case that the petitioner is said to have sexually assaulted the person, who is less intellect and that the investigation is still in progress and only now the statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., is going to be recorded, for the present I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS
