O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue non traceable certificate in respect of the documents vi., Original Sale Deed in Document No. 1086/2011, on the file of the Sub Registrar, Aranthangi and its original parental documents etc., by considering the petitioner's complaint, dated 20.04.2023.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given representation dated 21.04.2023, before the respondent for missing of his Doc.No.1086/2011 dated 28.03.2011 registered at the office of the Sub-Registrar, Aranthangi, but no action was taken as on date and hence, he has effect paper publication to that effect on 22.04.2023.

5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2023 is pending.

6. Considering the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the same by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner shall workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
