O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to secure and produce the person or body of the detenu, the petitioner's son Chandrupandian aged about 19 years before this Court.

2.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner , the 2nd respondent issued CSR No.875 of 2019 under man missing. On enquiry, the 2nd respondent found that the son of the petitioner viz., the detenu Chandrupandian, aged about 19 years eloped with the daughter of the 3rd respondent viz., Ranjitha aged about 22 years.

3.Recording the said submission, the 2nd respondent is directed to register a case and complete the investigation as early as possibe.
