O R D E R
The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to interfere surplus and waste food transportation from Kerala to the petitioners pig farm situated at Re.Sy.No.513/8 Ponmanai "A" Village, Kurangadi, Kalkulam Taluk, in the specially designed vehicle bearing registration No.TN 75 AM 9950 by disposing the petitioner's representation dated 11.09.2023 within stipulated time.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far no interference has been made either by the official respondents or by the third party. No complaint is pending against the petitioner and no representation is made by him. Further he would submit that, permission letter given by the petitioner is pending with the first repsondent. is no interference or objection made by any one.
3. Let the above said permission letter, which is pending with the first respondent be disposed of on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. With the above said direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
