ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Thanjavur, in Crl.MP.No.1353 of 2022 dated 07.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner is the accused and the first respondent is the defacto complainant. The defacto complainant filed the said petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Thanjavur, seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to take action against the petitioner and the other accused. The learned Magistrate also issued a direction to the respondent police to take action against the petitioner and the other accused on 07.10.2022. In pursuant to the same, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. Hence, nothing survives was further adjudication in this petition.
