ORDER

The present review application has been filed against the order of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.22106 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Committee meeting held in the year 2016 should not be taken into account by the Joint Commissioner while disposing of the application.

3. Such observations are not warranted inasmuch as it is made clear that the Joint Commissioner shall pass orders in accordance with law. This Court would not in exercise of its power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India direct the statutory authority the manner in which 2/4

power is conferred on him are to be exercised.

4. Since the petitioner is not able to point out any error apparent on the face of the record, the Review Application stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28.01.2025 Index: Yes/no Speaking Order (or) Non-Speaking order mka To:
