J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge, dated 18.08.2022, passed in W.P.(MD) No.13887 of 2022.

2. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted a copy of the proceedings dated 08.02.2023, issued by the Tahsildar, Kamuthi, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in the impugned order dated 18.08.2022 in W.P.(MD) No.13887 of 2022.

3. In view of the fact that the order of the learned Single Judge has already been implemented by passing an order and such an order has

been passed in favour of the appellant, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in this writ appeal.

4. The parties are at liberty to redress their grievance in the manner known to law, since a civil suit is pending.
