in H.M.O.P.NO.165 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Sub-Court, Dindigul, dated 06.01.2018.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsels representing the either parties mutually submitted that the parties are separated each other voluntarily and the matter has been settled out of Court.
