As against the order of staff fixation passed by the 3rd respondent Chief Educational Officer for the Academic Years 2018-2019, this writ petition is filed by the petitioner School.

2. This Court, while entertaining the writ petition on 29.11.2019, has granted an order of interim stay. Therefore, the further course of action has to be decided based on the staff fixing on the subsequent years.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner School to workout their remedy if they are having any grievance with regard to the present staff fixation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 10.01.2025 ogy NCC : Yes / No.
