ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition as a Public Interest Litigation to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 16.07.2019 within a time frame.
2.In the representation dated 16.07.2019, the petitioner has sought for reduction in the parking charges for two-wheelers, provision of free toilets and for other facilities to the public. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the representation was given to the respondents as early as on 16.07.2019, the official respondents have not considered the same yet.
4.Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 3 to 5 submitted that the respondents have already considered the petitioner's representation, dated 16.07.2019 and also produced a communication dated 02.12.2019 stating that the facilities sought for by the petitioner in his representation were already provided to the public. However, the respondents have not sent any reply to the petitioner so far.
5.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5 submitted that a suitable reply would be given to the petitioner in line with the communication dated 02.12.2019 sent on behalf of the third respondent.
6.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 3 to 5, we direct the third respondent to send a reply to the petitioner in line with communication dated 02.12.2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
