ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the private respondents, enquiry is pending.

3. The second respondent is directed to summon the petitioner as well as the respondents No.3 and 4 for enquiry. Let the above said enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
