ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondent to conduct the investigation and to file the final report in Cr.No.425 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police before the concerned Court, within a time frame.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the second respondent has already completed the investigation and charge sheet is made ready. 3.Recording the above submission, the second respondent is directed to file the charge sheet within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
