PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.286/2023 on the file of 3rd respondent police from 3rd respondent to any other police station or higher officials under the supervision of 1st respondent.

Side) O RDER This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.286/2023 on the file of 3rd respondent police from 3rd respondent to any other police station or higher officials under the supervision of 1st respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that while granting anticipatory bail to the accused person, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre and conditions were imposed upon the accused. According to the above said order, if he failes to co-operate to the Mediation process, the anticipatory bail that was granted to the accused will be automatically cancelled. He would also submit that now the accused has not complied the conditions. Now steps are being taken to cancel the above said anticipatory bail. Apart from that he would submit that they will complete the investigation within the stipulated by this Court. 2/4

3.Let the investigation in this case be completed, by the third respondent, within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, under the supervision of the second respondent herein. 4.With the above said direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
